Warwhoop.com is our unofficial school website. It is run by the journalism students in Donna High School. It will be be updated by a select group of students in broadcasting and/or yearbook class.
Donna High School Journalism welcomes you to another great year at Donna High School. We want to make it another great school year, and we have high expectations for our site. We hope to showcase some of the great talent from both our students and staff, so bookmark our site and get ready for a great school year.
From the hallways:
The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin invites our students to apply for one of their McCombs high school Summer Programs. Applicants should be in the Top 10 percent of their class and must submit the completed online application, a resume, two (2) letters of recommendation, and an official high school transcript. Deadline is April 11, 2014.
UT Pan American will support a number of students through various summer programs.

If you are a high school senior, Summer financial aid is available, for those who qualify, for the upcoming Summer session. This is an opportunity for “free money” that will help with both your Summer 2014 and Fall 2014 college expenses. To apply, log on to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Students must also apply for a PIN number at http://pin.ed.gov. Parents who claim a student applicant as their dependent must also apply for a PIN.
Cosmetology is hosting a spring break dance this Friday, during the last period of the day. Tickets will be on sale during lunch periods.
